AI for digital renting: DigiRENT-AI presented at AI Days 2025!

DigiRENT, our digital rental management module, takes another step forward with DigiRENT-AI, an ambitious project that integrates artificial intelligence to optimize the real estate rental process. This project, developed in partnership with the HES-SO Fribourg and supported by the confederation via Innosuisse, was presented at AI Days 2025, a major event on AI applied to SMEs.
DigiRENT, launched in 2021 and enhanced in 2023 with version 2.0, simplifies and digitizes rental management. With DigiRENT-AI, we're going one step further by harnessing the power of artificial intelligence to automate and optimize several key aspects of the rental process.

This project benefits from the expertise of the HES-SO Fribourg through HEIA-FR (Haute école d'ingénierie et d'architecture de Fribourg), with the active participation of Thomas Dagier-Joncour, a student who completed his master's thesis on DigiRENT-AI, under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Jean Hennebert and Dr. Christophe Gisler. Organized by the Swiss AI Center for SMEs, AI Days 2025 brought together companies and academic experts from January 27 to 29 in Geneva and Lausanne. The event explored the concrete use of artificial intelligence in the world of SMEs, with workshops, presentations of innovative projects and round-table discussions.
We are proud to have presented DigiRENT-AI at this event, and look forward to continuing to integrate AI to make rental management even more efficient.
DigiRENT-AI: a revolution in rental management
DigiRENT, launched in 2021 and enhanced in 2023 with version 2.0, simplifies and digitizes rental management. With DigiRENT-AI, we're going one step further by harnessing the power of artificial intelligence to automate and optimize several key aspects of the rental process.
These AI features include:
- Creating descriptions from images of a property: AI analyzes images of a property and extracts key information such as the number of bedrooms, the type of kitchen or the presence of a swimming pool. This data is used to automatically generate ad descriptions, simplifying what is usually a time-consuming task.
- Automatic filling of descriptions and image type: No need to manually enter every detail, AI automatically completes relevant fields based on uploaded images.
- Automatic suggestion of the characteristics of an object being entered: When a property is added to the platform, AI analyzes the photos to suggest its main characteristics, making it easier to place online.
- Automatic suggestion of the best rental application: By analyzing submitted files, AI is able to automatically identify the most relevant application.
- Automatic analysis of rental application attachments: When an application is submitted, the AI automatically checks and classifies the documents provided, guaranteeing smoother, more efficient management.
