The DigiRENT adventure began in 2021 with a clear objective: to revolutionize the rental management process for real estate professionals by digitizing it. Since then, the module has continued to evolve, thanks to close collaboration with several partner agencies who have shared their invaluable feedback. We would like to thank them warmly for their involvement, which has played a decisive role in perfecting DigiRENT.

In 2023, this fruitful collaboration led to the launch of DigiRENT 2.0, a mature and optimized version. This major update introduced significant improvements such as the integration of the single “applications and files” page, a smoother application verification interface, and many other features designed to make application management more intuitive and efficient.

DigiRENT: a digital solution to optimize your rental process

When you choose DigiRENT, you're opting for a high-performance, innovative solution that offers a host of features and benefits for real estate professionals:

  • Flexible form configuration: adapt forms according to property type to collect relevant information easily.

  • Advanced application management: take advantage of applicant rating, simplified validation of supporting documents and assistance with file comparison to choose your tenants rationally and quickly.

  • Time-saving automatic sorting: incoming files are automatically sorted by relevance according to predefined criteria, enabling you to quickly find the ideal candidates.

  • Centralized communication: interact easily with candidates via the “Messenger” instant messaging system.

  • Simplified visits: generate a unique visit code for each property, guaranteeing an authentic application, and distribute flyers with QR-codes to enable direct, online application.

  • Automated reminders: Receive notifications for optimal application follow-up.

  • Thumbnails on the dashboard: quickly visualize the objects activated on DigiRENT, the number of visits made and applications received.

  • DigiRENT-AI project: the DigiRENT-AI project is supported by the Swiss Confederation through the “Innosuisse” program, and is being developed in partnership with the HES-SO Fribourg.


  • Thanks to this project, DigiRENT now includes artificial intelligence modules such as :


    • Automatic generation of ad descriptions.

    • Automatic translation of texts into French, German, English or Italian.

    • Automatic filling of descriptions and image types.

    • Suggestion of amenities based on object photos.

    • More AI modules to come to further enhance your digital rental processes.


    Why will DigiRENT be a paying service from 2025?


    DigiRENThas been offered free of charge since its launch. Now, in 2025, it has become a mature service, enhanced by constant updates and advanced features. In order to guarantee its continued development, it is now available for a fee, starting at CHF 0.40 per object per day.
    With DigiRENT, you remain in control of your expenses: activate or deactivate the module at any time directly from Immomig®. Monthly billing is based on property activation and deactivation dates.
