On October 3, 2024, IMMOMIG SA and dreamo.ch sponsored the 13th Brokers' Day organized by USPI Vaud, a must-attend event for real estate professionals. The event brought together brokers from all over the region for a day of rich and instructive exchanges.
The event opened with an overview of the real estate market, followed by fascinating presentations exploring crucial topics for the future of real estate. Among the topics discussed, energy-efficient renovation attracted particular attention, with a focus on the peculiarities and costs of different construction periods. Another keynote speech highlighted how technology, and more specifically artificial intelligence, is transforming the brokerage profession.

One of the highlights of the day was a presentation focusing on “The real estate of tomorrow”, which highlighted the importance of humanizing technology in a rapidly changing sector. Artificial intelligence is playing an increasingly central role in brokerage, offering new perspectives for optimizing processes while placing the human at the heart of decision-making.
