On October 1, 2024, IMMOMIG SA and dreamo.ch had the honor of participating as sponsors in the REM Millennium, a key event for professionals in the Swiss real estate industry. The event, which brought together over 300 decision-makers, was held at the Millennium Center in Lausanne Crissier, offering a day rich in exchange and reflection on the sector's challenges and opportunities.
Among the day's highlights was the inauguration of the Magenta EKO material library, a space dedicated to sustainability in construction, highlighting the importance of innovations for a greener real estate future. Conferences and workshops throughout the day enabled participants to share ideas and perspectives on a variety of topics.

At the table, two representatives of real estate portals and a real estate professional debated the evolution of the market. Their exchanges highlighted the challenges of digital transformation and the new expectations of professionals, while offering a vision of the opportunities and challenges ahead.
