A look back at the event

The 5th edition of RENT SWISS was held on March 6 and 7 at EPFL's SwissTech Convention Center. Sponsored by IMMOMIG SA, the event brought together over 2,500 players from the real estate industry. We took the opportunity to present dreamo.ch, our innovative new real estate portal! In this article, we take a look back at this not-to-be-missed event.

2,645 participants, 33 conferences, each more captivating than the last, 118 top-flight speakers and the presentation of our new dreamo.ch portal!

To open this new edition of RENT, we had the opportunity to attend a speech by Federal Councillor Guy Parmelin. During the rest of the day, several conferences and roundtables were held, on topical themes such as: "How AI will help train for new professions", "12 concrete tips boosted with ChatGPT to perform in 2024" or "Why and how are Proptechs using AI or are going to use it?".

Introducing dreamo.ch
In September 2023, we announced the launch of our new real estate portal dreamo.ch. It was created to replace "Immomig-portal.ch", but above all to offer real estate professionals an alternative to the big portals. With this mission in mind, we didn't want to rest on our laurels and decided to introduce several innovations with this portal.

Benefits and innovations of dreamo.ch :

• Free publication reserved for real estate professionals
• Federation of identities: people with an account on the dreamo.ch portal can use their login to connect to the websites of Immomig® partner agencies. These partner agencies gain a new contact in their database, effortlessly.
• Digital applications: agencies using our DigiRENT module can offer potential tenants the opportunity to submit their applications 100% digitally. These agencies receive applications centrally and digitally.
• Find the best broker with AI: the valuation form available on dreamo.ch enables people wishing to sell their property to choose one of the most appropriate brokers to sell their property. For brokers, it's the perfect opportunity to acquire leads from selling owners, effortlessly.

We were also lucky enough to attend the final of the Innovation Awards and to present the trophy for the best digital solution to IGère, whom we congratulate! We're delighted to have been able to discover the innovative ideas of all the candidates, and we'd like to encourage them for the continuation of their project!
